recruiting is still about people. Carol understands human behavior
and dynamics as well as just about anyone.

Kevin Martin (Beyond-Search), Talent OfficerKevin Martin has been an executive recruiter since 1997. As the lead Talent Officer for Searchlight he utilizes his experience to help companies locate and hire candidates that are a good cultural fit for their environment. He particularly specializes in finding “game-changers” or candidates that can have an immediate impact on their organization. Kevin has worked with major corporations and small companies. Past clients include Hewlett Interwoven, EDS and Compaq Services. His primary focus is on placing Information Technology service professionals who combine technical and interpersonal skills. Before becoming a recruiter, Kevin was a computer consultant and programmer for over fifteen years. He is able to draw on this experience when interviewing technical candidates.

Stephen Provost, Director and Chief Technical OfficerPrior to joining Searchlight People, Stephen was an independent
consultant for the most of his 30-year IT career, working with companies
such as IBM and EDS.
