Our model is "Cost plus" — you can get the best person at their cost, and we charge a flat fee for finding and servicing that person’s compensation, benefits, taxes, insurance and other needs (these are cost items).

Our approach yields higher quality candidates with 30-50% cost savings over other suppliers, even India-based suppliers! If you want a quick appraisal of what savings we can bring to you, register with us and indicate you are interested in a " free market analysis.”

However, if you feel compelled to review candidates yourself, we are currently building a site in cooperation with Beyond.com, one of the leading Job Board services (with millions of IT resumes available for employers to wade through). That’s a lot of candidates to sort through.
